Is BookNetwork a nonprofit organization?
No. BookNetwork works as a reuse recycling center for all media items and donates part of its funds to educational efforts and other charitable organizations.
What sort of items do you sell?
We sell all types of media items: CD's, DVD's, video games, software, and of course our favorite all types of books.
What is the benefit of buying from BookNetwork?

2) Fast shipping. We ship all our orders next business day at the very latest. We make your shipping credit work best for you meaning we always provide the fastest shipping option enabled by your chosen shipping credit amount. We also provide a complimentary tracking number on all domestic orders.
3)Customer service. If there is anything wrong with the item or if you just changed your mind we have a 30 day no questions asked refund policy. All you have to do is place the item back in it's original package and write "return to sender" and as soon as we receive it we will provide a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We have already shipped to over 17 countries already
How about P.O. Boxes?
We work with a shipping company that usually accepts all P.O. Box addresses but there are exceptions. If you have a permanent address available we would encourage to use that one instead of a P.O. Box address.
How can I donate my media items to BookNetwork Inc.?
All you have to do is e-mail us at info@buyatbooknetwork.com and we will send someone over to pick the media items at a chosen location (We can provide boxes and tape if needed). If items are less than the equivalent of 2 printing paper boxes or located more than 30 miles from the 28078 zip code we ask that you please send them to or drop them off at:
